Workshop Registration, Transfer and Cancellation Policy

By registering for a session, you agree to the terms set out below.

In-person sessions:

• Seating is limited and determined on a first come basis.
• Spots are held temporarily pending timely receipt of payment.
• Admittance to the session will not be permitted if payment has not been received.
• Session material and temporary access to the ChildView^® program will be provided.
• Session registration can be transferred to another attendee provided that all session prerequisites (if applicable) have been met by the new attendee and that ChildView^® Inc. has been notified of the transfer at least 24 hours before the start of the session.
• Commitment dates are set for each session and announced upon registration.  Any cancellation prior to the commitment date set will be subject to a $35 administration fee before tax.  No refunds will be issues after the commitment date.  If unforeseen circumstances arise where you cannot attend your scheduled session and you wish to transfer to a future session, one transfer per attendee will be allowed if we are notified one week prior to the day of the session.

Live online sessions:

• Space is limited and determined on a first come basis.
• Spots are held temporarily pending timely receipt of payment.
• Session materials and meeting links will not be provided if payment has not been received.
• Session meeting links and materials will be sent 48 hours prior to the session via email to the specific attendee email address that was provided upon registration.
• Session registration can be transferred to another attendee provided that all session prerequisites (if applicable) have been met by the new attendee and ChildView^® Inc. has been notified of the transfer via email prior to the meeting links and materials being sent.   The new attendee contact information must be included in the emailed request.
• Refund cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days prior to the start of the session and before any session meeting links and materials are sent.  They will be subject to a $35 administration fee before tax. 
• No refunds will be issued once session meeting links and materials have been sent.  No refunds will be available for “no shows.”  A “no show” is someone who misses their session without cancelling or notifying ChildView^® Inc. prior to the session start date.
• However, if unforeseen circumstances arise where you cannot attend your scheduled session and you wish to transfer to a future session, one transfer per attendee will be allowed if we are notified 24 hrs prior to the start of the session.

Recording, broadcasting, streaming, or otherwise distributing any live or pre-recorded sessions are prohibited without the express written consent of ChildView^® Inc.
